$2,095.00
The 1934A $500 Federal Reserve Note, a high-denomination currency primarily used by banks and the Federal Reserve, circulated until 1969 and is now a rare collectible. Originally printed in 1918, the 1934 redesign replaced John Marshall’s portrait with that of President William McKinley, accompanied by a green Treasury seal, green serial numbers, and the state seal letter “A” in black. The reverse features a minimalist design, with the $500 denomination displayed in each corner and at the center. Of the 214,800 printed, an estimated 75,000 remain today, preserving the historical significance of this large-denomination U.S. currency.
