I can not bicker with this description as it is right on target. A beautifully balanced, accurately graded, large brown spiked seal Fancy Back 1890 Treasury Ace, this is an absolutely perfect note for the collector of high end circulated pieces. The grade is accurately assigned as there are a couple of light vertical folds, but it is wholly free of circulation soil and seems to have simply been lightly folded and stored.
