When AU notes look this nice and the reason for the assigned grade cannot be found, it is invariably because of one or two very soft folds. We suspect that is the case here. As a collector, if you are more concerned with eye appeal than technical grade, this is a note that should be vigorously pursued. An absolute Beauty.
