This is a beautiful piece which is one of only two large notes from this bank listed in the census as uncirculated. It bears the last signature combination used on large size Nationals, and is easily the finest Fr. 612 available to the collectors. PMG has graded only 12 of this example with this one being the top population. The note traces its pedigree to the June, 1985 Hickman-Oakes Memphis sale. Its been off the market for ten-plus years. One fortunate collector can fill a gap in his collection with the “finest knowns.” PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
