This absolutely great fancy back 1890 Treasury $20 has broad margins and superb color for a VF. The technical grade is absolutely accurate, but the eye appeal of the face of the note is that of an XF. While not truly rare with 127 pieces listed in Track & Price, the note is certainly very scarce, and an attempt to find an attractive mid grade example free of problems can prove quite the challenge.
