Treasury Notes

Treasury notes are known as government debt securities issued by the U.S. Treasury Department to finance the federal economy and the flow of currency. They have a maturity ranging from two to ten years. These notes pay interest to investors every six months until maturity, at this point the principal amount is to be repaid.
